Our Quad Damn it is a Belgian-Style Strong Dark. You will notice it to be crystal clear and dark amber/light brown in color with a tan head. Traditional ingredients were used to replicate this style of beer, including imported specialty malt and true Belgian style yeast. It has a beautiful aroma of fruit and malt, including hits of banana, cherry, plum, raisin, brown sugar, and bread. The beer has noble hops brewed into it to help balance the malt and aid in the beers finish. The beer gives a perception of sweetness in its aroma, but due to high carbonation and minimal residual sugar, the beer will finish crisp. As with any great Belgian beers, masking the high alcohol content is key. With that in mind, this beer sits at 9.7% abv. So be sure to sit back and slowly enjoy all the character this beer has to offer! Cheers!

Winter Stout w/ Breakfast Cereal
Cereal Killer is a very fun beer that the brewers have come up with for the winter season. Starting with a large grist bill of oats, pale, crystal, and chocolate malts, this beer has a dark black color with a nice chocolatey head. Cinnamon, nutmeg, and cocoa nibs were used during the brew process in the mash and in the boil to give a nice spiced base. Once the beer was finished, the brewers came up with an idea to use a very non traditional ingredient, breakfast cereal. A blend of Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Cocoa Puffs were added to the beer to give it a very unique flavor. This is a beer you will not have anywhere else. This beer is a great example of the fun the brewers like to have with the beers they make. This beer comes in at 8% ABV. Oh yeah, don’t try to add milk to this, we already tried.
Smoked Amber w/ Poblano Peppers
“Humo Verde” is a very special beer made with lots of love. First, the brewers spent a couple days hand smoking pale malt using Oak, Peachwood, and Orangewood in our outdoor beer garden. The wood was supplied by our friends at Settebello Pizzaria Nepoletana inside our shopping center. The smoked malt was then used in the brew process making a nice smokey base beer with an amber color. From there, approximately 70lbs of mild POBLANO peppers, which were roasted in our very own pizza oven by our awesome kitchen staff, were added straight into the beer. Using the mild chiles gave this beer a nice flavor, without the spice.
